Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.

For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.
The brain does not just magically think thoughts and beat you down, emotionally abuse you, bring up memories you don’t want to think about nonstop, create imaginary “what if” scenarios all day long, or judge you nonstop all on its own. Something is causing that.
